What is the weakness of mass-produced articles?
A text built from general statements may address popular search phrases yet leave the reader without a decision. “It is worth investing in marketing” does not tell a small-business owner when to raise the budget and when to fix tracking. If you publish dozens of similar articles, you compete with content anyone can generate in minutes. Better material describes a specific situation, shows criteria for choosing and honestly identifies limitations. Then it can help someone regardless of whether they found it through search or an AI answer.
How can you use your own experience?
Start with a question you really hear from customers. Explain what information is needed to answer it, what usually proves to be the problem and what choices are possible. If you can, add an example from your work without disclosing customer data or attributing results you have no permission to share. For service content, it also helps to say when a solution is not appropriate. Such material builds credibility because readers see your reasoning, not just a list of fashionable terms.
What role can AI play in editing?
AI can help organise an interview, create an outline, cut repetition and check whether the text answers the most important questions. But every claim about products, regulations, prices or results needs verification. The author should add their own observations and take responsibility for the final content. I would not publish an article merely because it has the right number of words and headings. First, I ask whether readers understand their situation better after reading it.
Does “SEO for AI” require special tricks?
There is no magic format that guarantees a citation in a generative answer. Clear structure, direct answers, a technically accessible website and content that cannot be mistaken for a hundred similar summaries all help. Give a page a clear title, subheadings, description and links to related material. These are good practices for ordinary search and for readers too. There is little point in splitting text into artificial fragments or multiplying versions of the same question solely for an algorithm.
How do you measure the value of this work?
Check which questions the page gains visibility for, whether it attracts the right traffic and whether the article helps people take the next step. Some value will show up in conversations: a customer may say they found an answer and that is why they got in touch. Content takes time, so evaluate a group of topics rather than a single post the day after publication. If a piece does not help its audience, update it based on new questions and experience instead of producing another generic article.
