KLECKI.DIGITAL / INFORMATION
Privacy policy
What data is involved when you use this website or contact me.
As of 29 September 2026
1. Data controller
The controller of data provided when you contact me is Wojciech Klecki, Niepodległości 59B/13, 41-106 Siemianowice Śląskie, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 627 241 00 28. For personal data matters, write to wojciech@klecki.digital.
2. Contact and purposes of processing
If you write to me, I process the data in your message, such as your name, email address, company name, telephone number (if provided) and the contents of your enquiry. I use them to reply, determine the scope of possible cooperation and conduct related correspondence.
The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and, for further correspondence and the defence of possible claims, the controller’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Providing data is voluntary, but I cannot reply without a return address.
The form on the contact page prepares a message in your email app. The website itself does not store the details you enter or send them automatically; I receive the message only after you send it. If you use the form on the old klecki.digital website, that website’s privacy policy also applies.
3. Technical data, resources and cookies
After consent to the analytics category, the website runs Google Analytics 4. It measures page views, contact clicks and successful form submissions; I do not send the message contents, name, email address or telephone number to analytics. Without that consent, the GA4 tag is not loaded. The website does not run advertising tags. The hosting provider may process technical data needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, request time and browser information. Access to a private version may require technical cookies related to sign-in.
The CookieYes banner records your cookie choice and lets you change consent later. The Google Map on the contact page loads only after consent to the functional category; the map may then use Google cookies. The website loads its font from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google servers and transmits technical data, including your IP address. The photograph is stored on the website server. You can change your choice through the cookie settings.
4. Data recipients
After analytics consent, Google also receives website usage data as the Google Analytics 4 provider. Email and hosting providers may have access to data related to handling an enquiry to the extent needed to provide their services. If you choose to make a call or visit an external website, those service providers also process data under their own terms.
5. How long I keep data
I retain correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting work, and then for a period justified by accounting obligations or the possibility of making or defending claims. Technical data is retained under the hosting provider’s rules.
6. Your rights
You may request access to your data, correction, deletion or restriction of processing and, in the cases provided for by the GDPR, object or exercise your right to data portability. Contact the controller at wojciech@klecki.digital. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office.
7. Updates
This policy may change if the website or the way data is processed changes. The current version will be available on this page.
